Role Overview
The Sales Support Administrator plays a critical supporting role within the Sales Operations function, helping ensure accurate forecasting, clean sales data, efficient order processing, and smooth internal coordination across the sales organization. This role is execution‑focused and detail‑oriented, providing administrative, analytical, and systems support to enable consistent sales performance and scalable operations.
The role works closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams and offers a clear development path into broader Sales Operations responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Forecast Support
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasting cycles by assisting with analysis of pipeline health, coverage ratios, and booking trends.
- Conduct data analysis under the guidance of the Senior Sales Operations Specialist to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across new, expansion, and renewal revenue streams.
- Assist in the preparation of standard sales reports and materials used in pipeline reviews and management discussions.
Quote Processing & Contract Coordination
- Support quote processing and contract documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely internal handoffs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to track contract status and resolve administrative issues throughout the deal cycle.
- Help ensure required approvals and documentation are completed prior to deal close and customer onboarding.
CRM & Sales Systems Support
- Provide day‑to‑day support for CRM administration activities in Salesforce, including:
- User support and access requests
- Field updates and picklist maintenance
- Basic data quality and hygiene checks
- Help reinforce CRM usage standards and best practices across the sales team.
Customer Onboarding & Internal Coordination
- Assist with customer onboarding activities following deal close, including internal coordination and system updates.
- Act as an administrative point of contact between Sales and internal delivery teams to support smooth transitions from contract execution to service delivery.
Sales Enablement & Documentation
- Maintain sales documentation, templates, and process materials to support consistent execution across the sales organization.
- Help ensure sales tools and materials reflect current processes and best practices.
General Sales Administration
- Provide administrative and operational support across the sales organization, including ad‑hoc reporting, documentation, and process support as required.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales support, sales operations, business operations, or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with comfort working with data, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce experience strongly preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work across cross‑functional teams.
Preferred
- Exposure to sales forecasting, pipeline management, or revenue operations.
- Experience supporting contract workflows or order processing.
- Familiarity with B2B sales environments; experience in technology, infrastructure, or services businesses is an asset.

Compensation
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
