Role Overview
The Channel Specialist is an execution-focused role responsible for helping build, operationalize, and manage Qu’s channel program across referrals, resellers, agents and broker partners in a data centre / colocation environment. This role supports partner onboarding, enablement, communications, deal registration and lead routing, and ongoing program cadence—ensuring partners are equipped to identify, position, and source
opportunities for Qu’s colocation, cloud, and managed services.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Operations to ensure partner-originated opportunities are handled professionally, tracked accurately, and advanced efficiently, while helping establish repeatable channel motions and clean program hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Program Operations & Build-Out
- Support the design and day-to-day administration of the channel program (partner tiers, requirements, benefits, onboarding steps, and engagement cadence).
- Maintain channel documentation and source-of-truth assets including program guides,
- FAQs, enablement libraries, playbooks, and templates.
- Coordinate partner onboarding logistics including NDAs, internal setup, welcome kits, and introductory sessions.
- Help implement governance for channel motions such as deal registration rules, lead routing, and partner communications cadence.
Partner Enablement & Engagement
- Assist in developing and maintaining partner enablement materials including pitch decks, solution positioning, competitive notes, and use-case briefs.
- Coordinate partner training sessions including scheduling, agendas, attendance tracking, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a first point of contact for routine partner inquiries and triage internally as required.
- Support partner communications such as program updates, newsletters, event invitations, and product launches.
Partner-Sourced Pipeline Support
- Manage partner lead intake and deal registration workflows ensuring completeness and accurate routing.
- Track partner-sourced opportunities in CRM including attribution, stage accuracy, notes, and next steps.
- Coordinate internal resources for partner-led opportunities such as discovery calls, site tours, and proposal support.
- Provide professional and timely status updates to partners to maintain trust and momentum.
Channel Marketing & Events
- Support channel campaigns and partner co-marketing initiatives with the Marketing team.
- Assist with coordination of events, webinars, and industry conferences involving partners.
- Help manage and distribute partner-ready marketing and sales assets.
Reporting, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Produce regular channel reporting on partner activity, sourced pipeline, and conversion performance.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to improve scalability and efficiency.
- Maintain clean partner records and documentation for leadership visibility and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, partner programs, marketing coordination, or business development support.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM systems and strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in data centre, colocation, cloud, or managed services environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.

Compensation
$70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
